What to Expect During Your Stay

From the moment you arrive, Casa Thea is designed to make you feel at home, with everything ready so you can simply arrive, settle in, and start enjoying your stay.

A fully equipped kitchen, with cookware, utensils, tableware, a kettle, toaster and oven for cooking exactly as you would at home
Fresh linens and towels for your stay, plus a washer-dryer stocked with detergent and fabric softener
A small breakfast selection and pantry essentials, so your first morning starts with coffee, not a shopping trip.

And just outside your door, Ventimiglia Alta has the rest covered with cafés, bars and restaurants throughout the historic centre, a local bakery for fresh bread and pastries each morning (closed Sundays), and a supermarket at Cala del Forte Marina, a short ride on the public lift, open until 10pm daily.

A Home Steeped in History

Casa Thea is just behind Porta Nizza, the little piazza with two restaurants and a fabulous sea view , walking distances from the beaches , city centre, and the new harbour.

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, consisting of a living room with kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, and private terrace.

Check-in is simple. Before arrival, you will receive all the necessary information, and a member of our team will be happy to personally welcome you and show you the house.

Other things to keep in mind:

To reach the apartment, you must walk a short distance and climb some steps, characteristic of the medieval village.

The apartment does NOT have air conditioning; however, we do provide a Dyson fan in the living area and an additional fan upstairs to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

THE LOCATION

The train station is about a 15-minute walk away via the public elevator, while free and paid public parking is available nearby. The location is ideal for exploring the Riviera even without a car.

Restaurants, bars, local shops, and public parking are nearby. Furthermore, Casa Thea is the ideal starting point for exploring the Riviera dei Fiori and the French Riviera.

Thanks to the proximity to the train station, you can easily reach:
